Analýza majetkové struktury a hospodaření střední firmy

Abstract

This bachelor work deals with the analysis of ownership structure and management of medium-sized businesses. The financial analysis and its individual methods are chosen for the analysis of ownership structure. In this section the purpose, application of financial analysis and its shortcomings and users are defined. It´s also clarified the property structure which is mentioned in the balance sheet, and a description of the individual items. At the end there are listed and described the various methods of financial analysis. The presentation of the company Retigo s.r.o., its history and development is mentioned in the following section. The final part of the bachelor work is then devoted to the evaluation of the methods of analysis and recommendations for improvement.
