Automatizována detekce a třídění typů tablet pomocí obrazového signálu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis was elaborated on the topic of Autonomous Detection and Separation of Pill Types from Camera Signal. Detection andsorting is performed using a camera and a light color sensor. My proposed sorting line was built using LEGO MINDSTORMS, the basic component is the control unit LEGO NXT (NXT control brick). The control unit has a 32-bit microprocessor and 4 input and 3 output ports. Programming sorting line was in the program to the RobotC. Programming was done by writing a text command language C in combination with the dictates of receiving information from sensors and controlling output devices. For analyzes the image are used librariessupplied by programmers. The sorting line is designed as a system of sliding of the belt on which is first detected by the camera size and shape of the tablets, and then passing using a colored light sensor color tablets. Subsequently, the resolution tablet is placed in the appropriate part of the tank.
