Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the koncept of torque transducer. In the introduction are given current trends in production of the sensors. From these trends is then selected sensor with resistive strain gauges. The sensor is designed from a known strain. Another section deals with the attachment of the sensor. Strength calculation of the sensor is performed by using formulas. These calculations are verified by finite element method using software ANSYS. This software is also further specified dimensions of the sensor. Finally is designed the measuring apparatus with the wiring of strain gauges. Work includes manufacturing drawing and assembly drawing.
