Interiérový návrh lékařských ordinací a rezidenčních bytů v historickém objektu v Příboře

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the interior design of medical offices and residential apartments located in the historic townhouses No. 44 and 45 on Sigmund Freud Square in Příbor. The design is based on the spatial and layout possibilities of the buildings and aims to create a modern and aesthetically balanced environment that respects the authenticity of the architecture while meeting contemporary requirements.

The thesis includes a detailed research study, layout solutions for individual floors, furniture arrangement, technical drawings of custom-designed furniture,and a material and color concept for the interior. It also addresses the sensitive integration of preserved architectural elements. The final output comprises visualizations, floor plans, and furniture proposals that demonstrate the potential for modern adaptation of a historic structure while preserving its character.
