Abstract
Master thesis is dealing with the design of a special planetary gearbox system drive carrier - driven by an output PTO shaft. In the introductory part of the work there is a search of types of gearboxes with a large achieved gear ratio. An overview of their efficiencies and a description of the planetary gearbox. Based on the required parameters, the gearbox of the gearbox was designed and is strength checked. Then a design of a suitable type of hydraulic motor and a design of an articulated shaft were performed. The work also includes the calculation of the durability of gearbox bearings. Part of the work are strength checks of input and output shafts and connection checks by involute grooving. The work deals with a screw connection for braking the crown wheel. An assembly drawing, a production drawing of the input shaft and a gear wheel can be found in the attached.
