Rozměrová kontrola pomocí 2D senzoru a robotu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of dimensional and geometric inspection of products using a laser line sensor and a robotic system. The aim of the thesis is to design and implement a method enabling precise and efficient measurement of dimensions of selected components in industrial production, with an emphasis on process automation and minimizing the influence of the human factor. The theoretical part describes the principles of dimensional and geometric inspection, provides an overview of traditional and modern measurement methods and their limitations, as well as the use of sensors in industrial automation and the basic principles of robotic systems. The practical part focuses on the design of the measurement workplace, the integration of the line sensor with the robotic manipulator, and the development of a procedure for the collection and evaluation of measured data, including the functional verification of the proposed solution on a selected sample of parts. The result of the thesis is the design of an automated measurement system that can contribute to increasing the accuracy and efficiency of inspection in the production process.
