Abstract
This thesis is dealing with the production of tungsten wire, where is experimentally verified the influence speed of production for final parameters of wire issue. It is production of drawn and cleaned tungsten wire. In theoretical part is descibed production technology of drawing, tools and possible influence of drawing speed. There are also mentioned and descibed defects of wires in production. Next are described features high-melting metals, which are in production used. The essence of the experimental part lies in monitoring the power progress and its stability at various production speed. Results from the experiments at different speed were evaluated and compared.
