Abstract

Bachelor's thesis with customers by reorganising the use of warehouse space in the company Koyo Bearings Czech Republic s. r. o. At the beginning of the work there were close literary limitations and theoretical elaboration of practical parts. Then it was identified the possible ways on how to bring closer the company that contains information and the company's production portfolio. Bachelor's thesis focused on logistics, organising warehouses and options equipped to analyse the adaptation of the perfect workplace. Subsequently, the practical part is divided into analytical and project part. Analytical parts of the available method, tools and techniques available in the foreseeable position and observation of the process were included to determine the current state and its evaluation. Based on the results of the analytical part and the project part of the proposal, which is evaluated in the conclusion.
