Abstract

The thesis deals with a design of a quick-lifting gearbox. In the introduction of the thesis there are applications of quick-lifting gearboxes in practice. The concrete solution of the quick-lifting gearbox is described here and the strenght examination of a worm-gear, shafts and the calculation of longevity separated bearings are made. The strenght of a welded case gear-box is tested by the finite elements metod. An attachment includes a formed drawing of the quick-lifting gearbox, a drawing of the weldment case gear-box and a production drawing of the worm wheel.
