Postřik čel řeziva impregnací

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukcí zařízení pro postřik čel řeziva pomocí impregnační látky Lignofix Blue Extra. V úvodní části je popsáno zpracování dřeva, jeho způsoby ochrany, možnosti provedení impregnace, možnosti povrchové úpravy, použití různých čerpadel a trysek. V praktické části se práce zaobírá možnostmi provedení konstrukce, tvorbou schématu obvodu, volbou prvků, kontrolou průtokové propustnosti, návrhem rámu, umístění jednotlivých prvků a vyhotovení výkresu sestavy.

Master thesis is dealing with the construction of a device for spraying the face of lumber with Lignofix Blue Extra impregnation agent. The introductory part describes the wood processing, its protection methods, impregnation options, surface treatment options, the use of different pumps and nozzles. In the practical part, the work deals with the construction options, the creation of a circuit diagram, the choice of elements, the control of the flow rate, the construction of the frame, the positioning of the elements and preparation of assembly drawing.
