Návrh elektropřevodovky pohonu šnekového dopravníku

Abstract

Master thesis deals with the design of an electric gearbox for driving a screw conveyor. The goal of the thesis is to design an electric gearbox that will meet the requirements of the assignment. At the beginning, a search is performed at established manufacturers of electric gearboxes. Based on the obtained information, the search is further expanded to include the issue of worm gears. The main part of the thesis focuses on the design of the gears. Necessary strength checks of gears, shafts, bearings, shaft keys and selected screw connections are made. To verify the strength and rigidity of the gearbox construction a FEM is used. The last part of the thesis is a conclusion in which the results are evaluated. The work includes assembly drawing of the gearbox.
