Využití univerzálního přípravku pro stanovení tvářitelnosti plechů

Abstract

The bachelor thesis investigates the possibilities of using thr universal preparation for the determination of the sheet metal formability, which is used in laboratory conditions at the Department of Mechanical Technology , Faculty of Mechanical Engineering VSB – Technical University of Ostrava. The introduction of the bachelor thesis discusses methods of determining Forming Limit Diagrams. Then the universal preparation is described in detail and functions of its each components are explained. Next, the bachelor thesis verifies and evaluates the possibilities of using the universal preparation according to ČSN EN ISO 12004-1 standard. Documentation of the universal preparation´s assemblies for blanking and drawing sheet metal is developed. For all blanking assemblies of the universal preparation are calculated clearances, blanking forces and sheet metal thicknesses that can be blanked by blanking assemblies of the universal preparation. Then the bachelor thesis contains a description and analysis of experimental simulations of sheet metal drawing processes using a universal preparation.
