Projekt výroby pryžových hadic

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výrobní linkou a výrobou pryžových hadic vybraného podniku Gumárny Zubří a.s.. V úvodu práce je popsána historie a současnost podniku. V další části jsou analyzované jednotlivé výrobní úseky linky. Jsou zhodnocená rizika a nedostatky výrobní linky. Na základě podkladů a vize podniku jsou navržená některá řešení v úzkých místech výrobního procesu. Pro správnou funkci výrobního procesu jsou taktéž zakomponována některá nová zařízení pro zrychlení a zlehčení práce obsluze linky. V práci jsou znázorněny různé náčrtky a výkresy vyjadřující současný a budoucí stav.

The bachelor thesis is focused on a production line and the rubber hoses production of the selected enterprise Gumárny Zubří a.s.. The beginning of the thesis describes history and a current state of the enterprise. The next part follows with description of the specific devisions of the production line. The risks and the insufficiencies of the production line are evaluated there, so consequently some solutions and advice on the weak parts of the production are suggested based on the data and vision of the enterprise. There are also some new machines included to make the production process faster and the operation at the line easier. The thesis includes a few scatches and draws showing the current and the future state.
