Zefektivnění výrobního procesu v podmínkách chemického závodu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with streamlining the production process in the conditions of the chemical plant of the company Fatra, a.s. - Chropyně plant. The aim of the work is to analyze the production process of the SKOTSAM baby pad, to identify shortcomings and imperfections and to propose the optimization of the production process in terms of saving time in material handling. The first part of the work is devoted to the theoretical basis of the problems. The practical part focuses on the introduction of the company, followed by an analysis of the current state of the production process. According to the performed analyzes, changes are proposed that will streamline the material flow and the flow of production. The final part of the work is devoted to the evaluation of the proposed changes and the overall benefit for the company.
