Hospodaření s finančními prostředky zdravotní pojišťovny

Abstract

This thesis is dealing with financial management of health insurance company, namely „Revírní bratrská pokladna, zdravotní pojišťovna“ (RBP). Main goal of this thesis is to provide suggestions for more efficient funds distribution in RBP’s prevention fund, in order to motivate potential policyholders to transfer their health insurance to this company due to attractive prevention fund management. Analysis of outgoing policyholders was needed for the preparation of suitable preventive program in order to ensure efficient flow of funds. Part of this work contains analysis of possible prevention fund raising by the reimbursement penalties of persons without taxable income. Two survey methods are used in this work: a questionnaire for delineating of policyholders’s preferences and benchmarking, used for determination of appropriate level on behalf of various benefits.
