Diagnostika na frézovacím zařízení KHF 550 CNC

Abstract

Thesis deals with the use of technical diagnostics in the KHF 550 CNC machine. The technical methods of diagnosis,which can be used on this machine, are discussed in the introduction. The methods are these: vibrodiagnostics, tribodiagnostics and termodiagnostics. In addition, I present an overview of diagnostic measurements in accordance with the standard (CSN) ISO 230-1. We are also engaged in the maintenance of information technologies and their use in practice due to the diagnosis. In the practical part, we are dealing with the practical use of technical diagnostics in the KHF 550 CNC machine. This is a tribologii (evaluation of the state of the lubricant), and in particular by deploying vibrodiagnostics and to design a diagnostic system. This diagnostic system is engaged in deploying vibrodiagnostics of the KHF 550 CNC.
