Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the testing ceramics cutting tool in intermittent cutting conditions. In the first is explained reason why they were selected the ceramic tool with inserts and described the various chapters. Another part deals with the issue interrupted Cut, thermal and mechanical shock acting on insert turning. The following describes the different types of methods product compiling, editing strips, work piece material, the tested ceramic inserts, tool holder and machine tool. The last part deals with the evaluation of the experiment, processing of, and a conclusion.
