Project Management in the Establishment and Stabilisation of a New Company Branch

Abstract

In the first part of the thesis are presented the technical concepts that are used in the practical part. The information about the company and the study of the current situation from many views are covered in the next chapter along with other analyses that were done, e.g., a SWOT analysis of the company, and market analysis for the Czech Republic and Europe. The thesis contains a risk analysis of the activities involved in the project, a critical path analysis for deadline management, and a financial analysis for budget management. Results are used for own proposals as the standard operating procedure templates to analyze the activities of the project.

V první části práce jsou uvedeny technické pojmy, které jsou použity v praktické části. Informace o společnosti a studium současné situace z mnoha pohledů jsou zahrnuty v další kapitole spolu s dalšími analýzami, které byly provedeny, např. analýza SWOT společnosti a analýza trhu pro Českou republiku a Evropu. Práce obsahuje analýzu rizik činností zapojených do projektu, analýzu kritické cesty pro řízení termínů a finanční analýzu pro řízení rozpočtu. Výsledky jsou využity pro vlastní návrhy jako šablony standardních operačních postupů pro analýzu činností projektu.
