Boční kryt mechanizované výztuže

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem bočního krytu pro mechanizované výztuže do mocností 3,5 metrů. V úvodní kapitole jsou popsány funkce mechanizovaných výztuží a jejich specifikace. V následující kapitole jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé části bočního krytu. Výpočtová část obsahuje kontrolní výpočet uložení hydraulického válce pomocí čepů, kontrolní výpočet pantů a dále pak svarového spoje. Ve výpočtové části je provedena i kontrola konzoly hydraulického válce pomocí MKP metody. Práce obsahuje v přílohách výkresovou dokumentaci jednotlivých částí sestavy.

This bachelor thesis deals with a design of the side cover of mechanical roof support for heights up to 3.5 metres. In the introductory chapter there are described the functions of mechanical roof support and their specifications. In the next chapter there are characterized individual parts of the side cover. The calculation part contains check calculation of fixation of hydraulic cylinder with the help of trunnions. Then I dealt with check calculation of hinge joints and then welded joint. The calculation part also contains control of console of hydraulic cylinder with the help of the FEM method. The thesis includes drawing documentation for individual parts of assembly.
