Abstract
The Bachelor thesis deals issue of the Evaluation of Customers´ Satisfaction of ArcelorMittal Engineering Products Ostrava company. This thesis is divided in two part, the first theoretical part focuses on quality as such and quality from customers´ view. The second practical part it is dedicated specifically ArcelorMittal Engineering Products Ostrava and the process of creating a questionnaire and evaluation of customer´s satisfaction this company.
