Abstract

This thesis deals with current state analysis of production in the Strojírna STELON Břidličná Ltd. The company is oriented on a small series and unit production. The main goal is to propose more modern, effective and economical management and production rendering in comparison with current system. Or, suggest a change in the use of welding room. Firts part describes terminology. Next part approaches current state inside of the company. In the following part there are presented problem analysis and proposed solution for better production rendering with contribution of modern technologies and for use the welding room. The last chapter is dedicated to assesment and calculation of proposed solution savings.
