Abstract

This thesis deals with logistic activities, use of controlling in logistics and methods which are used in measuring of logistic performance. It mainly concentrates on customer service (logistic services). The goal of the thesis is introduction of new methodics proposal for evaluation of customer requirement fulfilment following the implementation of APS and the subsequent verification of the expected benefits on the basis of gained knowledge from practice and announced proposal to further improve the methodics
