Abstract

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to determine how the company has adjusted its internal guidelines and how to proceed with the termination and is complying with the termination of employment applicable law. Other objectives of my bachelor thesis also includes an analysis of employee turnover over the last 6 years, which will analyze how changing not only the number of employees, but also their education and life expectancy. The theoretical part is focused on describing the basic concepts and the practical part of the analysis captures not only employees, but also the course of termination of employment at the company, including assessment of the legality of selected termination. Based on the results, companies are recommended steps that may lead to a reduction in employee turnover and reduce the risk of possible legal disputes upon termination of employment. This work should be useful mainly ON Semiconductor, which finds an overview of the work of staff turnover and suggestions for improvement.
