Posouzení konkurenceschopnosti firmy v době transformace automobilového průmyslu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Keyence v době transformace evropského automobilového průmyslu. Teoretická část vymezuje klíčové pojmy konkurenceschopnosti a popisuje vývoj automobilového průmyslu od hromadné výroby až po současné trendy elektromobility, autonomního řízení a digitalizace. Praktická část hodnotí konkurenční pozici Keyence prostřednictvím Porterovy analýzy pěti sil a PESTLE analýzy doplněné o EFE matici. Na základě provedených analýz jsou formulována strategická doporučení zaměřená na posílení konkurenceschopnosti firmy v období strukturální transformace odvětví.

This diploma thesis analyses the competitiveness of Keyence Corporation during the transformation of the European automotive industry. The theoretical part defines key concepts of competitiveness and describes the development of the automotive industry from mass production to current trends in electromobility, autonomous driving and digitalisation. The practical part evaluates the competitive position of Keyence through Porter's Five Forces analysis and PESTLE analysis supplemented by an EFE matrix. Based on the findings, strategic recommendations are formulated aimed at strengthening the company's competitiveness during the structural transformation of the industry.
