Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of selected properties of hot sprayed products produced by High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) flame spraying technology. In the introduction of the thesis, the coating formed by hot spraying is characterised and then the most common application technologies of hot spraying are discussed in detail. In the following chapter, the principle of HVOF technology is described in detail, along with the necessary surface pre-treatment prior to the actual spray application. The following chapter describes WC-Co based coatings, one of the most commonly used types of coatings. The type of coating and the overall porosity are then related to the description of the different methods for evaluating the porosity and properties of coatings.
