Abstract
There are some basic terms about catering, gastronomy service and events, in the theoretical part. This part also includes typical gastronomy events in brief. Practical part includes proposal of wedding feast, which is organized at home. The dinner party is served in the garden of the family house and the dinner is served as a banquet. All the wedding menu, including graphic proposal, is assembler by clients’s needs. The result of this document is a proposal of the wedding feast with total price for the event.
