Abstract

STRABAG - Design and implementation of business strategy Rapidly growing number of changes in global and regional environment forces companies increasingly interested in their strategy. Companies are under constant pressure to find new ways increase competitiveness and strengthen market share. They need, therefore, different, unique and difficult to reproduce strategy, because only with such can achieve sustained competitive advantage. The main objective of this thesis was to evaluate the current strategy, design a new business strategy and propose a new procedure for its implementation. The first chapter deals with theoretical approaches, strategic direction and allocating methods to be used and analytical parts. In the second chapter I present basic information about the company Strabag. Furthermore, its mission, vision and strategy plans. The third chapter is performed strategic analysis. Finally, there are all summed up all the outputs. The fourth chapter is based on previous strategic analysis of the conclusions formulated a new corporate strategy, strategic objectives, strategic operations. There is a plan of implementation. The fifth chapter is a brief several important recommendations.
