STRABAG - Návrh a implementace obchodní strategie podniku

Rychle narůstající počet změn v celosvětovém i regionálním prostředí nutí podniky stále více se zajímat o svoji strategii. Podniky jsou pod neustálým tlakem hledání nových cest zvyšování konkurenceschopnosti a upevňování tržního podílu. Potřebují tedy odlišné, jedinečné a jen obtížně napodobitelné strategie, protože pouze s takovými mohou dosáhnout trvalé konkurenční výhody.

Stěžejním cílem této diplomové práce bylo zhodnotit stávající strategii podniku, navrhnout novou strategii a postup při její implementaci.

V první kapitole se zabývám teoretickými východisky, strategickým řízením a vyčleňuji metody, které použiji a analitické části. V kapitole druhé představuji základní informace o společnosti Strabag. Dále jeho mise, vize a záměry strategie společnosti. V kapitole třetí je provedena strategická analýza podniku. Na závěr jsou zde shrnuty veškeré veškeré výstupy. V kapitole čtvrté je na základě předchozích závěrů strategické analýzy formulována nová strategie podniku, strategické cíle, strategické operace. Je zde plán implementace. V kapitole páté je několik důležitých stručných doporučení.

STRABAG - Design and implementation of business strategy

Rapidly growing number of changes in global and regional environment forces companies increasingly interested in their strategy. Companies are under constant pressure to find new ways increase competitiveness and strengthen market share. They need, therefore, different, unique and difficult to reproduce strategy, because only with such can achieve sustained competitive advantage.

The main objective of this thesis was to evaluate the current strategy, design a new business strategy and propose a new procedure for its implementation.

The first chapter deals with theoretical approaches, strategic direction and allocating methods to be used and analytical parts. In the second chapter I present basic information about the company Strabag. Furthermore, its mission, vision and strategy plans. The third chapter is performed strategic analysis. Finally, there are all summed up all the outputs. The fourth chapter is based on previous strategic analysis of the conclusions formulated a new corporate strategy, strategic objectives, strategic operations. There is a plan of implementation. The fifth chapter is a brief several important recommendations.
