Získavanie a výber zamestnancov vo vybranej organizácii

Abstract

In my diploma work I addicted to a process of obtaining and the choice of employees in a GAMA organization, inc., which belongs to a leading provider of telecommunication services in Slovakia. The purpose of my work was to find out and to suggest the real possibility of an improvement and reduction of expenses involved in this process. The start chapter consists from theoretical basis of given theme with using of book and internet literature and I addicted on explanation of the basic ideas, methods or activities, of which I used at processing in a practical part. The results of the work are devices and recommendations presented in the forth chapter. These were submitted to GAMA organization, inc., on arbitration and exploration of the effects, resulted from its possible realization.
