Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the project of development of teaching automation at the Secondary School of Electrical Engineering Na Jízdárně 30, Ostrava. The introduction presents the general characteristics of the problem. Subsequently, analyzes of the current situation were performed, which contain information about the high school and the creation of the project. Other analyzes include the development of the number of pupils in relation to recruitment, the number of pupils in the field of electronics. The last analysis points to the age problem of pedagogical staff. These CPM and SWOT analysis methods were applied to find project risks on a specific project. Based on the results of analyzes of the current situation, methodological steps were proposed, which should help in the creation of other projects at secondary schools.
