Návrh galvanické linky pro kontinuální elektrochemické pokovení drátu povlaky Fe a Ni

Abstract

This graduation thesis introduces a proposal of galvanic line for continual electrochemical wire plating with iron (Fe) and nickel (Ni). The thesis involves a theoretical description of metals emission principles and a proposal of galvanic line in connection with an appropriate technological method used in cooper wires´ plating with a combined mixture of iron (Fe) and nickel (Ni). Following particularly acquired knowledge of the galvanic line’s draw up it examines a proper suggestion of technology. It also contains practical examination of physical and chemical aspects of plating and mechanical properties of electroplated Fe and Ni layers.
