Optimalizace výroby dřevěných dětských hřišť pomocí metod štíhlé výroby

Abstract

Master thesis deals with optimalization of wooden playgounds production at Kompan Czech Republic s. r. o.. The very beginning of the thesis determinates the theoretical basis of the process optimizations. It also devotes to introduction of the company and their products portfolio in wood production process. Application of analysis highlight and determinate the mains production units that are key to increasing the productivity of the production process. I do propose solutions in fourth chapter and comprehensively assess their benefits. The last chapter is devoted to the overall evaluation in the contribution of the master thesis.
