Návrh motivačního programu vybrané organizace určený studentům vysokých škol

Abstract

RESUMÉ Bakalářská práce s názvem „Návrh motivačního programu vybrané organizace určený studentům vysokých škol“ se zabývá zjišťováním motivačních faktorů studentů a analýzou současného stavu spolupráce mezi společností OKD, Doprava, a.s. a studenty VŠ. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit úroveň motivovanosti studentů k navázání vzájemných vztahů s podniky již během jejich studia a navrhnout konkrétní společnosti OKD, Doprava, a.s. motivační program, který by napomohl tyto vztahy ještě více rozvíjet. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části byly vymezeny základní pojmy vztahující se k procesu motivace, kterými jsou například motiv, stimul, vnější a vnitřní motivace, teorie motivace zaměřené na obsah a proces a také motivační prvky generace Y. Následně byly popsány jednotlivé fáze sociologického výzkumu a podrobněji rozepsána teoretická východiska týkající se dotazníku. Praktická část byla věnována stručnému představení společnosti OKD, Doprava, a.s., analýze stávajícího systému spolupráce se studenty a průzkumu zaměřenému na motivaci studentů vysokých škol. Následně byly vyhodnoceny výsledky průzkumu, které se staly podkladem pro návrhy a doporučení, jež by měly vést ke zlepšení motivace studentů.

SUMMARY Bachelor thesis called “Proposal of Motivation Program of a Selected Organization Designed for University Students” deals with determination of the motivational factors of students and analysis of the current state of cooperation between OKD, Doprava a.s. company and university students.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the level of motivation of students to establish relationships with companies during their studies and propose specific company OKD, Doprava, a.s. an motivation program that would help the relationship develop further. Bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part have been identified the basic concepts related to the process of motivation, such as the motive, stimulus, external and internal motivation, motivation theories focusing on content and process, and motivational elements of generation Y. Subsequently were described individual stages of sociological research and greater detail the theoretical basis for the questionnaire. The practical part was devoted to a brief presentation of OKD, Doprava, a.s., analysis of the current system of cooperation with students and research focusing on the motivation of university students. Then evaluated the results of the survey, which became the basis for proposals and recommendations that should lead to improved student motivation.
