Abstract
The Master thesis is focused to the milling tools manufactured by additive technology. First part is focused to the issue of construction of additive manufactured tools related to their productive properties. The experimental part of the thesis deals with testing of the face milling cutter made with SLM additive technology from manufacturer Sandvik Coromant s.r.o. and it´s conventional version. This thesis also examines the tool interactions in machining carbon steel C45 from the perspective of vibrations. Based on results it compares the finding with theoretical assumptions and expands knowledge about this topic. The whole experiment was carried out in laboratory of the Department of Machining, Assembly and Engineering Metrology on the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering VŠB-TUO.
