Abstract

This thesis describes the design of solutions to reduce dustiness at the bottom of the transfer point between belt conveyors for coal preparation plant. The introduction of the thesis describes the characteristics and processes of formation dustiness at processing brown coal and its negative impact on operational safety in coal mining. Then there is the current status of the device for reducing dustiness in coal preparation plants evaluated. The design of sealing the impact site at the bottom of the transfer point follows and basic theoretical performance calculations of the output exhaust for dust suction plant from the transfer point. Attached is detailed drawing of the processing mounting longitudinal sealing strip on the basic construction of the transfer point.
