Analýza využití termoplastů v energetických zařízeních

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the possibility of replacing thermoset parts in electrical equipment with thermoplastic parts. In the introduction, research on the topic of polymers and composite materials is conducted. This is followed by the topic of polymers in energy, basic principles of plastic part design by injection molding and busbar systems. In the practical part, the busbars and the conditions arising in them are described. This is followed by an introduction to the analysed part, alternative of a new material and part design. Subsequently, simulations of deformations during injection of the part and the influence of the emerging conditions in the busbar on the designed part are performed. Finally, an economic evaluation of the new part compared to the existing one is conducted.
