Racionalizace obrábění koster elektromotoru

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá racionalizací obrábění koster elektromotoru, kde v úvodních kapitolách práce jsou popsány základní poznatky, informace o podniku Siemens s.r.o. a obecná charakteristika problematiky obrábění slitin následující analýzou tuhosti koster vedoucí k vhodnému návrhu racionalizace. Další část práce je zaměřena na popsání dosavadního a návrhu nového řešení vedoucí k zefektivnění dané technologie eliminací ztrátových časů, snížením nákladů na dílec kostry a ke snížení nepřesností obrábění kostry při porovnání s výkresovou dokumentací. V závěru bylo provedeno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení racionalizace obrábění koster pro AH 180.

The bachelor thesis deals with the rationalization of the machining of the electromotor skeleton, where the basic chapters of the thesis describe basic knowledge, information about Siemens s.r.o. And the general characteristics of the machining of alloys by following the analysis of the stiffness of the skeleton leading to an appropriate design for rationalization. The next part of the thesis is focused on the description of the existing solution and the design of a new solution leading to the efficiency of the given technology by eliminating the loss of time, reducing the cost of the skeleton and reducing the inaccuracies of the skeleton machining when compared to the drawing documentation. In the end, a technical and economical evaluation of the rationalization of the machining of the AH 180 was carried out.
