Simulace hydraulického rázu

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with the measurement and subsequent simulation of the hydraulic shock on the waterway. The theoretical parts define the basic physical properties of fluids, which are necessary for modeling the hydraulic shock. The work also describes the methods of solving the hydraulic shock - numerical methods, graphical method, modeling and options for protecting the system from hydraulic shock. In the practical part, the characteristics of the orifice, pump, piping and ball valve were measured, ie the elements that need to be entered when modeling the hydraulic shock. The measurement of the hydraulic shock for different input variants is also evaluated - different pump speeds, closing and opening of the ball valve and switching off the pump. The work defines the measured circuit in the Matlab Simulink program using blocks in the Hydraulics tab and in the Isothermal Liquid tab. The result is an evaluation of both modeling approaches as a non-stationary, isothermal process and a statement of differences.
