Abstract
The thesis compares four optical shops in terms of service quality, product range, and customer approach. Data were collected using mystery shopping and observation. Results show that Optika X achieved the best rating but still has areas for improvement, such as modernization and the booking system. The thesis provides specific recommendations to increase competitiveness. The findings can benefit other optical shops as well.
