Návrh výrobní linky pro montáž trysek ostřikovačů automobilů

Abstract

V bakalářské práci je vypracován návrh výrobního zařízení pro montáž trysek ostřikovačů automobilů. V úvodu se práce zabývá problematikou montáže malých dílců především jejich orientací ve vibračních zásobnících a polohováním. Dále je uveden současný stav montáže trysek s popisem používaného zařízení. Na základě současného postupu montáže a dle zadání je vypracován návrh automatizovaného výrobního zařízení. Návrh linky obsahuje otočný polohovací stůl – karusel, vibrační zásobníky, manipulátory, zakládací hnízda, popis rámu a krytu stroje. Ke konci práce je uvedeno technicko - ekonomické zhodnocení návrhu v porovnání se stávajícím řešením. V závěru je popsáno celkové hodnocení práce.

This bachelor thesis is elaborated for the proposal of production assembly line for washer nozzles cars. At the beginning of the work deals with the issue of the assembly of the small parts, mainly the orientation in the vibration bowl feeder and their positioning. Furthermore, there is mentioned the current status of the process of the assembly of the nozzles with a description of the used equipment. Based on the current assembly process and according to the specification is drafted the proposal of the automated assembly equipment. The proposal of the assembly line includes the rotary positioning table (dial table) - carousel, vibration bowl feeders, handlings of the product, nests (JIG), description of the frame and the machine safety cover. At the end this work is technical - economic evaluation of the proposal with the comparing to the existing solution. There is the overall assessment of the bachelor thesis described in the conclusion.
