Návrh postupů pro snížení krizového ohrožení vybraného podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocení potenciálních krizových ohnisek vybraného podniku, který působí v oblasti strojírenství. V první části této práce je teoreticky vymezena problematika krizového managementu a také metody, které jsou dále využity v praktické části diplomové práce. Druhá část práce je věnována charakteristice vybraného podniku a jeho podnikatelské činnosti. V rámci následující části je zhodnoceno vnější i vnitřní prostředí daného podniku. Vnější prostředí je zanalyzováno prostřednictvím analýzy PEST a Porterovy metody pěti konkurenčních sil. Vnitřní prostředí je zhodnoceno pomocí finanční analýzy a analýzy vnitřních zdrojů. Následně je využita souhrnná metoda SWOT, která využívá poznatků z analýzy vnějšího i vnitřního prostředí. Na základě této souhrnné metody jsou identifikována potenciální krizová ohniska. V závěrečné části této práce jsou podány návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly přispět k prevenci před případným vypuknutím krizové situace.

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of potential crisis outbreaks of a selected company, which is active in the field of engineering. In the first part of this thesis there is theoretically defined the issue of crisis management and also the methods, which are further used in the practical part of the thesis. The second part is devoted to the characteristics of the selected company and its business activities. The next part evaluates the external and internal environment of the company. The external environment is analyzed through PEST analysis and Porter's five competitive forces. The internal environment is evaluated through financial analysis and analysis of internal resources. Subsequently, the SWOT method is used, which uses the knowledge from the analysis of the external and internal environment. Based on this comprehensive method, potential crisis outbreaks are identified. In the final part of this thesis are given suggestions and recommendations that could contribute to prevention before a possible outbreak of a crisis.
