Návrh frézovací strategie spirálové drážky

Abstract

Diplomová práce se věnuje návrhu vhodných frézovacích strategií spirálové drážky pro zadanou součást. Cílem je navrhnout vhodnou frézovací strategii pro následné použití ve výrobě. Práce uvádí popis geometrie tvaru zadané součásti. Následně byla popsána problematika obrábění tenkostěnných součástí a drážek. Práce obsahuje návrh vhodných strategií pro frézování drážek u zadané součásti. Pro tvorbu simulace všech strategií byl použit CAM software WorkNC. Poté byla vybraná strategie, která se použila ve výrobě. Závěrem této diplomové práce je popis průběhu výroby a technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení použitého řešení.

The masters thesis is dedicated to designing suitable milling strategies for the spiral groove for the specified component. The aim is to design an appropriate milling strategy for subsequent use in manufacturing. The thesis provides a description of the geometry of the shape of the specified component. Subsequently, the issue of machining thin-walled components and grooves was described. The work includes a design of suitable strategies for milling the grooves of the specified component. WorkNC's CAM software was used to simulate all strategies. After that, the chosen strategy was used in production. The conclusion of this thesis involves the description of the production process and a technical-economic evaluation of the solution that was finaly used.
