Motivace zaměstnanců v organizaci Baloušek s.r.o.

Abstract

The theme of this bachelor work is Employee Motivation in the Baloušek organization, s.r.o. The aim is to determine the current condition of employee motivation in the company, analyze its stimulus resources, workplace atmosphere, staff relations to each other and between employees and their superiors. There will be also suggestions that could contribute to a better motivational system . For the collecting of information will be created a questionnaire, that as a method of sociological research, provides a large amount of information while the respondents are anonymous. The outcomes were processed through the program Microsoft Excel. The questionnaire survey were attended 48 people from 53 respondents. From the results followed these conclusions. The strengths include the fact that the organization's employee are very satisfied with the friendly atmosphere and relationships in the workplace, very positive is also fact that 90 % of respondents like to do their work, which is nowadays out of common. The weaknesses are the lack of praises for a well done job, disagree about influence of salaries, possibility of self-realization and developing abilities and skills. The author also recommends to raise awareness about the using of employee benefits. The author of this work thinks that the aim of the bachelor work was fulfilled and that the results of research could help to higher employee motivation in organization Baloušek, s.r.o.
