Public relations vybrané neziskové organizace

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika public relations v neziskové organizaci. Teoretická část práce se zabývá charakteristikou neziskového sektoru s bližším zaměřením na profesní komory. Současně je zde formulován pojem public relations a jeho úloha v neziskových organizacích. Praktická část práce se věnuje analýze hospodaření a PR aktivit České lékárnické komory v letech 2008 - 2012. Zjištěné údaje z těchto analýz spolu s výsledky z dotazníkového šetření mezi lékárníky jsou zhodnoceny ve čtvrté části bakalářské práce. Na základě těchto poznatků jsou doporučeny kroky vedoucí ke zlepšení public relations vybrané neziskové organizace.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the issues of public relations in a non-profit organization. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the non-profit sector with particular focus on professional chambers. Parallel, the concept of public relations is formulated, as well as its role in the non-profit organizations. The practical part of the thesis is dedicated to the analyses of economy and PR activities of the Czech Chamber of Pharmacists in the years 2008 - 2012. Collected data from these analyses together with the results of a questionnaire survey among pharmacists are evaluated in the fourth part of the thesis. Based on the findings relating to the selected non-profit organization, action steps towards improvement of public relations are recommended.
