Abstract

The Master thesis deals with analysis of planetary gearing for a synchromesh manual transmission. There is the introduction issues of planetary gearing and overview of ZF transmissions for trucks in the first part of the thesis. The thesis also deals with identification of gears and evaluation their degree of accuracy. There is the geometrical and strength calculation of gears in the middle part of the thesis. In the last part of the thesis there are calculations of bearing and shaft of satellite and calculation of grooving of planetary gearing. There also is description of synchronization of planetary gearing. The enclosure deals geometrical and strength calculation and waveforms of gears. The assembly drawing of planetary gearing and manufacturing drawing of gripper and satellite are added to the Master thesis.
