Abstract

The subject of the thesis "Evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project” is, realization of new lighting of production halls of the company TATRA TRUCKS a. s. In the first part of the thesis is characteristic of the company. The second part describes the theory of the investment area. Explains the basic concepts and methods for evaluating investment projects. The third part describes the investment project. The situation before the investment is described here and the reasons that led to the investment decision are described. Evaluation of investment efficiency based on project output data forms the conclusion of this work.
