Hodnocení efektivnosti investice ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce „Hodnocení efektivnosti investice ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku“ je analyzovat investiční projekt, realizace nového osvětlení výrobních hal podniku TATRA TRUCKS a.s. v Kopřivnici. V první části je charakterizována společnost. Druhá část popisuje teorii dané oblasti. Vysvětluje základní pojmy a metody pro hodnocení investičních projektů. Ve třetí části je popsán investiční projekt. Je zde popsán stav před investicí a jsou popsány důvody, které vedly k rozhodnutí o investici. Ve čtvrté části jsou aplikovány metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Hodnocení efektivnosti investice na základě výstupních dat projektu tvoří závěr této práce.

The subject of the thesis "Evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project” is, realization of new lighting of production halls of the company TATRA TRUCKS a. s. In the first part of the thesis is characteristic of the company. The second part describes the theory of the investment area.
