Návrh úpravy fluidního kotle pro snížení emisí NOx

Abstract

This thesis deals with the amendment of fluidized bed boiler in order to reduce NOx emissions. The first part is focused on the description of the fuel feeding system of the fluidized bed boiler as well as the primary and secondary methods of reducing NOx emissions. Moreover, it presents possible methods and principles of the flue gas analyzer. Furthermore, the heat and mass balance of the K11 ENERGETIKA TŘINEC boiler is calculated. The second part deals with the design of primary measures on the K11 boiler. These measures consist of replacing the pneumatic fuel feeding to the boiler with mechanical feeding and the installation of flue gas recirculation system. At the end of the thesis investment costs and primary measures variants are evaluated. The enclosure comprises of the K11 boiler diagram with the proposed fuel feeding equipment and the diagram of the proposed recirculation pipeline route.
