Setting the Process Standard of Inter-Operational Transfers of Materials and Semi-Finished Products

Abstract

At this master's thesis, certain arrangements for optimizing the internal logistic flow in the Isotra a.s Company are proposed. The Spaghettis Analysis is utilized in internal logistics, which includes real-time movement tracking (Life 360 application) through which the movement between the departments are tracked with speed, so the time consumption can be identified. The theoretical and practical parts of this diploma thesis are segregated. In the theoretical section, the approaches for optimizing internal logistic flow are explained. The practical section is concerned with mapping the logistic flow and using methods that will lead to optimization. In the final capture, the completed actions are described and evaluated. In this thesis I used lean six sigma, Kaizen, just in time and continuous improvement process. This project will conclude with an examination of the proposals that will lead to the optimization of the internal logistic flow.

V této diplomové práci jsou navržena určitá opatření pro optimalizaci vnitřního logistického toku ve společnosti Isotra a.s. Analýza špagetového diagram je využívána v interní logistice, která zahrnuje sledování pohybu v reálném čase (aplikace Life 360), pomocí kterého je sledován pohyb mezi odděleními, takže lze identifikovat spotřebu času. Teoretická a praktická část této diplomové práce je oddělena. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny přístupy k optimalizaci interního logistického toku. Praktická část se zabývá mapováním logistických toků a využitím metod, které povedou k optimalizaci. V závěru jsou provedené analýzy popsány a vyhodnoceny. V této práci jsem použil Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Just In Time a proces neustálého zlepšování. Tento projekt bude zakončen prozkoumáním návrhů, které povedou k optimalizaci interního logistického toku.
