Optimalizace technologie přivařování svorníků s hrotovým zážehem

Abstract

This thesis deals with the optimization of stud welding with tip ignition. Welding technology, basic material and welding stud was analyzed at the beginning of the work. We designed appropriate sample of welded construction. Furthermore, the welding was created by different welding parameters including surface finishing by degreasing. Samples were tested in bending and metallographic tests, which complied with allowable defects. It was made a proposal of measures for production, including controls. The proposal includes conditions for quality welding including the qualification of welding personnel performing welding and inspection of welding technology with tip ignition.
